MetroWest Fitness & Aquatic Club

The MetroWest Fitness & Aquatic Club, our unparalleled fitness facility, features Nautilus Nitro as well as state-of-the-art cardio machines in four complete exercise rooms furnished with dozens of treadmills, elliptical machines and stationary bicycles.

You'll also find professional-grade free weights, Wii Fitness, a dedicated stretching area and the most current fitness accessories. Complete your workout with a few laps in the adjacent heated indoor pool or enjoy a light meal or beverage by our seasonal outdoor pool area.

Services that are offered through the MetroWest Fitness & Aquatic Club include personal training (see pricing below) and water aerobics. Fitness training classes are also available.

We offer aqua aerobic classes for members who want to reduce stress on joints, decrease arthritis symptoms and increase mobility. We offer Aquatic Aerobic Classes: M-F 10:30-11:30am. We offer outdoor pool memberships, however, at this time rates have not been determined.

Guests under 18 are welcome if accompanied by an adult. Access is complimentary to Club Level guests and SPG members; a room key is needed for access after hours. No appointments are required.

We offer a complimentary consultation and evaluation with all packages. Our services include post-rehab, sport-specific, functional training, balance, strength, core and postural training.
